Print out our summery, bright recipe cards onto cardstock to start your family's own collection of favorite recipes this summer. Ask relatives for long-held or traditional family recipes, and collect all of your cards in a file box - decorated by the children. You'll find printable shopping lists, to-do lists, or memo pads with a strawberry theme here as well.

Meanwhile, enjoy our Super Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe with your family!

SUPER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease or spray your cookie sheets.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. baking soda
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. top quality, large chip, semi-sweet chocolate chips

Microwave butter for 15 seconds to soften it, then cream it together with both brown and white sugars. Add eggs and beat till fluffy, then add vanilla. Add salt and baking soda and mix well. Stir in flour and mix till well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets. For a flatter cookie, press lightly down with a fork dipped in water. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool. Don't forget to write up this recipe on today's printable recipe cards. Enjoy!
